Welcome to Highmoor
Highmoor is an English civil parish within the district of South Oxfordshire and the county of Oxfordshire. Highmoor Parish Council serves the community of Highmoor, Witheridge Hill and Satwell.
The parish council is the first local tier of government, beneath the county council and district council. We have an advisory role on local planning applications and maintain local amenities including the telephone box, the recreation ground and the paddock at The Glebe. This site includes information about your local services and documents relating to the parish council's business including agendas and minutes of parish council meetings.
