                  Annual ParishThe Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting for the electors of the Parish of Highmoor. Members of the public can participate in the meeting. It is not a meeting of the Parish Council, however it is organised by the Parish Council on behalf of the Parish and chaired by the Chairman of the Parish Council, if they are in attendance. It is held once a year, between 1st March and 1st June (inclusive). Please submit items for discussion to the Clerk at least 7 days prior to the meeting for inclusion on the Parish Meeting agenda.

                  Annual Parish CouncilAnnual Parish Council Meetings. The Annual Parish Council Meeting is held during the May parish council meeting. It is the formal meeting to elect officers and adopt the annual accounts. Members of the public are welcome to observe any public council meeting. Meetings are publicised on the parish council noticeboard outside Highmoor Memorial Hall and on this website.
