Councillor Elaine Mulvaney

Elaine Mulvaney has been a Parish Councillor for Highmoor for almost five years, leading the council as our Chairman. She will be moving from Highmoor at the end of August, and so has resigned from her position on the Council.

She has worked hard for our little community in her time on the council, and her fellow councillors will all miss her a great deal.
