Annual Parish Meeting – 13 May 2026

The Annual Parish Meeting starts at 7:00 pm at Highmoor Memorial Hall, to be followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting.

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting for the electors of the Parish of Highmoor. Members of the public can participate in the meeting. It is not a meeting of the Parish Council, however it is organised by the Parish Council on behalf of the Parish and chaired by the Chairman of the Parish Council, if they are in attendance. It is held once a year, between 1st March and 1st June (inclusive). Please submit items for discussion to the Clerk at least 7 days prior to the meeting for inclusion on the Parish Meeting agenda.
