Highmoor Cross Memorial Hall charity maintains the Village Hall in memory of Hugh MacIntyre and of inhabitants of the parish of Highmoor who died in the first world war, as a public village hall.

The hall is used by Highmoor Nursery. It is regularly used for parish council meetings and can also be booked for private functions.
